Your Best People Have Options. Give Them a Reason to Stay.

Hiring is expensive; losing a trained, trusted employee is more expensive still. Yet many owners either offer no benefits or buy a plan once and never revisit it. This education-first session, led by Dr. Sam (Sourav) Saha with Rahul Agarwal, CPA, lays out a blueprint: which benefits employees actually value, how group health, retirement, and insurance plans are typically structured for small and mid-sized businesses, and how the tax code — from plan-startup credits to deductible premiums — can help pay for them. You'll leave knowing the questions to ask before you sign anything.

What You'll Take Away

The Blueprint, in Three Parts

🧩
01 · What Retains People

Benefits employees notice.

What the research says employees weigh most — health coverage, retirement match, paid leave, disability and life protection — and how to prioritize when you can't fund everything at once.

🏢
02 · Group Plans, Decoded

Health, retirement, and protection.

How small-group health options (including level-funded plans and ICHRA/QSEHRA reimbursement arrangements), SIMPLE IRA and 401(k) designs, and group life and disability coverage are commonly structured — and what each typically costs an owner.

03 · Let the Tax Code Help

Credits, deductions, and owner strategies.

With Rahul Agarwal, CPA: SECURE 2.0 start-up and employer-contribution credits for new retirement plans, deductibility of premiums, Section 125 pre-tax arrangements, and owner-level ideas such as executive bonus plans and key-person coverage.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Which dates and formats are available?+
How long is it?+
Is this really free?+
Yes. There is no cost to attend, no purchase required, and no obligation. Lithos hosts this seminar as part of our commitment to financial education for business owners.
Will you try to sell me something?+
The seminar itself is educational. If you would like to talk about your own situation, you can request a complimentary one-on-one review afterward, where products and services may be discussed. It is entirely your choice, and attending creates no obligation.
My business is very small. Is this still relevant?+
Yes. Several of the retirement-plan tax credits are designed specifically for employers with 50 or fewer employees, and reimbursement arrangements like QSEHRA exist for businesses too small for a traditional group health plan. We cover what tends to fit at each size.
Who presents the tax content?+
The tax-credit, deduction, and entity portions are led by Rahul Agarwal, CPA, of Lithos Tax Advisory. The benefits-design and protection portions are led by Dr. Sam (Sourav) Saha and the Lithos advisory team.
What's the difference between in-person and online?+
Same content, same speakers, same live Q&A. In-person attendees get printed take-home materials and face-to-face conversation; online attendees receive the materials digitally and the Zoom link by email after they RSVP (and again in the reminder an hour before). Choose whichever date and format fits your week.
Can I bring someone?+
Please do — the best decisions get made together. Tell us how many guests are joining you on the form, and after you RSVP you'll be able to send them a personal invitation so they get their own confirmation and reminders.

This seminar is educational. Nothing presented is personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, real estate, mortgage, lending, or medical advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Insurance and annuity guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. Attendance carries no obligation. Attendees may request a complimentary review, where products and services may be discussed.

Tax credits and deductions discussed are subject to eligibility rules, limits, and change; confirm your situation with your CPA. Group insurance and retirement plan availability, pricing, and features vary by carrier, provider, and state.
