Associate Membership Agreement

One agreement. Built to be fair.

The Associate Membership Agreement is how new partners formally join Lithos. It's written to be clear, modular, and fair — so everyone knows exactly how the relationship works.

When you join Lithos as an associate, the Associate Membership Agreement (AMA) sets the terms in plain, organized language. Rather than one dense contract that tries to cover everyone, the AMA is modular — you're bound only by the parts that apply to your actual role, and additional modules activate only if and when you take on more.

How It's Structured

Modular by design

Core Module

The foundation every associate agrees to — conduct, confidentiality, and the basics of the relationship. Clear and standard.

Producer Module

Applies once you're producing — how client work, suitability, and responsibilities are handled as an active producer.

Builder Module

For those developing a team. Activates only when you start building, and only by written notice — never automatically.

Written To Be Fair

Clarity protects everyone.

Good agreements aren't about catching people out — they're about making expectations obvious so the relationship stays healthy. The AMA spells out confidentiality, intellectual property, and reasonable, independently-defined protections that are designed to be balanced and enforceable under Indiana law.

You'll always know what you're agreeing to, and why. Nothing activates by surprise.

  • Plain-language terms — no hidden traps.
  • You're bound only by the modules your role uses.
  • Reasonable, clearly-scoped confidentiality and conduct standards.
  • Builder terms activate only by written notice.
  • Drafted for fairness and enforceability under Indiana law.
